WACS Team

Kelly Boeddeker, Executive Director of WACS works with board members, WACS Volunteer Advisory Committee, staff and community volunteers in order to carry out; caregiver and young adult support activities of the organization,  manage and lead the team, and reports directly to the Board of Directors.

Pam started with Waseca Area Caregiver Service in May as the Account Manager. Pam will be working with the financial aspects of the business along with helping with the Some Time Away Program. Previously, Pam worked in banking, trust and estate planning along with real estate closings. In her free time, she enjoying spending time with family, especially her two grandchildren.

Jill started with WACS as a part-time employee in the beginning of 2023.  Jill is now the WACS Program Assistant. Within WACS she will be filing paperwork, assisting with programs like Some Time Away & Caring Hands, documenting and completing paperwork, and so much more!  Jill is an experienced family caregiver with several years of service including over a year volunteering here at WACS.  In her free time Jill enjoys spoiling her grand-kids, going for walks with her dogs, taking pontoon rides on the lake, and crocheting in the winter months.

Tammi has Lived in the area for close to 30 years.  She previously worked as an Ophthalmic Technician for many years. Tammi has always had an interest in home care, and her position gives her the opportunity to do some of that, along with a variety of other responsibilities. In her free time, Tammi Enjoys hanging out with family, cooking/baking, gardening, reading,  and motorcycling.

Gail grew up in MN but left for 38 years. She has spent 45 years in management across the USA. Gail moved back to MN 8 years ago to help her mother. She retired 1 1/2 years ago; but decided to find a different purpose, and found WACS as a need in the community. It's rewarding to help people as they age. I foster cats and enjoy refinishing furniture and remodeling my house. She also spends time with family when she can.

Beth Stankiewicz provides Direct Support with us at the Waseca Area Caregiver Services part-time. Full-time, she works at Drs. Akre & Clark Family Eye Care in Waseca as a Certified Paraoptometric. When not working with participants within our programs and services, she is assisting with promoting and markets or services, helps in grant writing and volunteers at fundraiser events. In Beth’s free time she enjoys hanging out with friends, reading, traveling and playing with her cat Freya.
